Job Description

As a Kitchens Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and improve existing ones.

You will also be responsible for managing your team, motivating them to deliver exceptional results, and providing ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and serving of meals.
  • Manage the kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
