Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Parts Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, quoting, and converting parts sales, while working closely with both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify parts using manuals and online resources.
  • Manage customer orders, inquiries, and estimates efficiently.
  • Follow up on estimates to ensure successful conversions.
  • Track and monitor sales levels, ensuring targets are met.
  • Review contracts for accuracy on all orders.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with franchise partners to drive business growth.
  • Work with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director, Parts Manager, customers, franchise partners, and the finance team.

We are looking for a customer-focused, methodical, and skilled individual who is passionate about parts systems and has a strong desire to contribute to our team's success.
