We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker for Young People to join our children's residential service in Hollywell, Flintshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will be committed, passionate, and able to engage, encourage, and mentor the young people in their care. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our fully funded NVQ level 4 in Children & Young People qualification.

Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of £25,792 plus a sleep-in rate of £50 per night, 28 days annual leave, and access to discounts for shopping outlets, restaurants, and more.
