About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Storyteller to join our team at Giant's Causeway, a world-renowned heritage site in Northern Ireland. As a Storyteller, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and inspiring our visitors to support our conservation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging guided tours and bespoke experiences to our visitors, showcasing the rich history and cultural significance of the site.
  • Work collaboratively with our Visitor Experience Officers to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to visitor enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Support the development of new events and activities, working closely with our team to create engaging and immersive experiences.
  • Contribute to the ongoing conservation efforts of the National Trust, ensuring that our visitors have a deep appreciation for the site's natural and cultural heritage.
