About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Storyteller to join our team at Giant's Causeway, a world-renowned heritage site in Northern Ireland. As a Storyteller, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional visitor experiences, engaging with visitors, and inspiring support for the National Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver guided tours and bespoke experiences with flair, engaging with diverse audiences and delivering demonstrations.
  • Assist in the delivery of new events and activities, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
  • Gain feedback to identify new opportunities and improve visitor experiences.
  • Prioritize visitor well-being and safety in the outdoor environment, and be confident in providing first aid support.
  • Conduct day-to-day safety checks across the wider site.

About the Team

You will be part of a passionate team that welcomes and engages with visitors from around the world. As a Storyteller, you will work closely with the Visitor Experience Officers to ensure a warm welcome and an amazing experience for all visitors.
