Job Opportunity at Ghillie Dhu

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Festive Bar and Floor Staff during the Christmas rush.

Role Description:

Our Festive Bar Staff will provide excellent customer service, serving drinks and interacting with customers in a professional and polite manner. They will be responsible for promoting our festive cocktails and drinks offers, adhering to licensing legislation procedures, and maintaining bar standards with regards to cleanliness.

Our Festive Floor Staff will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day service, setting up, serving customers, liaising with other departments, and clearing down after their shift. They will ensure high standards are maintained, promote the venue and our dishes to customers, and enjoy interacting with colleagues in a busy environment.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and a great personality. Bartending or waiting experience is preferable, but not essential. We offer varied shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends, with part-time and full-time roles available on a temporary contract. Some permanent roles are also available for those who demonstrate hard work and passion for the venue.
