Festive Season Bar and Floor Staff Opportunities

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar and Floor Staff to join our team at Ghillie Dhu for the festive season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent bar service to customers, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the floor team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Promote our festive menu and drinks offers to customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our products.
  • Adhere to licensing legislation procedures and maintain a safe and responsible service environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment, with a strong focus on customer service and team work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service.
