Our Team

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Floor and Bar Staff during the festive season. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our venue and its offerings, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a consistently high standard of service to all customers.
  • Promote the venue and its offerings to customers, highlighting our unique features and attractions.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar and floor areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to licensing legislation procedures and maintain a safe and responsible environment for customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bartending or waiting is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive brand image.
  • Able to work varied shift patterns, including late nights, evenings, and weekends.
