We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team as Festive Floor and Bar Staff at Ghillie Dhu, a traditional Scottish pub and live entertainment venue in the heart of Edinburgh.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our venue and its offerings, and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve:

  • Providing excellent bar service to customers, including serving drinks, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Assisting with floor duties, including setting up, serving customers, and clearing down after shifts.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promoting our festive season offers and showcasing our extensive range of cocktails and drinks.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Previous experience in bartending or waiting, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
