Senior Eye Care Manager

Job Summary
This role is a key leadership position within RNIB's Eye Care Support Services (ECSS) team, responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of ECLO services across North London and the Home Counties.
As a Senior Eye Care Manager, you will provide essential leadership and line management to Eye Care Liaison Officers (ECLOs), fostering strong relationships across health and social care sectors to ensure timely support for individuals with sight loss.
Key responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, and people management, with a focus on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with experience in producing reports, delivering presentations, and meeting Key Performance Indicators.
This role requires an enhanced criminal record check, including a review of the children's and adults' barred lists, due to the nature of the work involving advice and guidance to children and adults with personal care needs.
Main Duties
- Lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of ECLOs
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health and social care stakeholders
- Manage critical internal relationships across RNIB to ensure seamless service delivery
