Field Care Supervisor Professional

Prestige Nursing & Care, a leading provider of home care services in England and Scotland, seeks an experienced Care Supervisor to join our Ipswich Branch.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services that meet and exceed legislative standards. You will work under the direction of the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager to implement systems that promote quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising others within a healthcare setting, with excellent assessment skills and the ability to communicate effectively. A valid UK driving license and access to a car are desirable but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £23,100 per annum (pro-rata'd), 28 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including a cycle to work scheme, long service awards, and a workplace pension.
