Job Summary

Optime Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including stock counting, ordering, and maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards of quality and hygiene are maintained in the warehouse, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • IT Skills: Proficient in using Excel, Outlook, and Kronos system.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic Numeracy Skills: Basic numeracy skills, with the ability to accurately count and record inventory.
What We Offer
