Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a B1 Counterbalance Forklift (1.5-ton with side shift) as required
  • Check and document parts received at delivery
  • Keep the parts storage area and yard clean, tidy, and safe
  • Report any parts issues or delivery delays to the Operations Director or Purchasing team
  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain stock levels
  • Load and unload deliveries, checking paperwork
  • Package goods for dispatch
  • Work independently and manage time effectively
  • Read and write in English

Requirements:

  • B1 Counterbalance Forklift licence
  • Experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Ability to work under your own initiative
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and help with any other duties to support the department's smooth operation
