About the Role:

Falcon Green is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead a large mixed-use scheme in the City of London area. The ideal candidate will boast a resume with 5+ years of experience as a Project Lead, be comfortable working on high-profile schemes, and be confident overseeing both Mech & Elec packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved in preconstruction design and client-facing roles in regular contact with clients and senior management.
  • Work directly with mechanical and electrical teams, advising on all M&E aspects of the project.
  • Liaise closely with internal and external design teams and deal with technical queries.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions, and resources.
  • Be actively involved in the detailed review and analysis of the information received and the coordination of that information.
  • Set out project milestones and ensure they are met, on time and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with the site administration team to ensure subcontractors have up-to-date information on the project.
  • Monitor and report on M&E site progress.
  • Chair weekly and monthly internal and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Project Lead role.
  • Proven track record delivering complex electrical and mechanical packages.
  • Ability to work to tight programs and timeframes.
  • Strong management skills and ability to successfully train up site teams.
  • Career-driven and willing to learn and progress.
  • Strong client liaison skills.
