Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager (M&E), you will be an integral part of our self-delivery M&E division, collaborating closely with our construction teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing project execution from the bidding phase through to project completion.
  • Ensuring alignment with company goals following contract award.
  • Contributing to pre-contract discussions with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Additional responsibilities encompass:

  • Identifying and mitigating project risks effectively.
  • Managing the procurement and execution of subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality management standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Leading the M&E project team, including quality assurance, design, procurement, commercial aspects, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implementing and adhering to Kier's safety, health, and environmental policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive Project Management experience within the construction sector.
  • A solid understanding of M&E systems and their technical aspects.
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • The capability to lead teams and drive project progress.
