Job DescriptionSupport Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Action Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with additional support needs, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Support individuals in daily living activities, such as personal care, household management, and community engagement.
  • Assist individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
