Job Title: Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our care home team as a Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging activities that promote exceptional care and support for our residents.

You will work closely with our community engagement team to establish strong relationships with local communities and showcase our care home. Your task will also include updating our social media platforms to ensure they accurately reflect the vibrant atmosphere of our care home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a stimulating environment that fosters exceptional care and support for residents
  • Collaborating with the community engagement team to establish community links and showcase the care home
  • Updating the care home's social media platforms

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
