Finance and Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Informa. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and reconcile financial postings, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Provide liaison support for intercompany activities, including M&A transactions, and ensure all statutory and regulatory deadlines are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Flag any control risks or instances of fraud to management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
- Support audit queries and provide financial data as required.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
- Strong academic background in accounting or a related field.
- Knowledge of M&A transactions and financial regulations.
- Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Accountant with experience in managing work with offshore service providers.
- Ability to manage own deadlines and priorities, delivering high-quality work and supporting junior and offshore team members.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SAP is advantageous.
