Our client, a leading provider of accounting and financial services, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented senior accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support management decisions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
