The Systems Engineer will collaborate closely with the technical support division.
You will receive training in their leading Web-Application Security solutions and assist clients in troubleshooting, deploying, and utilizing their products across various platforms (cloud, on-premise, CI/CD pipelines).

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the technical support team, software developers, customer success, product management, researchers, and clients.
- Engage directly with clients to assist in deploying products across diverse environments (cloud, on-premise, CI/CD pipelines).
- Utilize modern enterprise video communication tools to connect with clients, ensuring optimal use of software solutions.
- Work collaboratively with software developers to gain insights into product features and relay customer experiences.
- Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues by reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving problems as necessary.
- Coordinate with technical product managers to prioritize software development tasks, advocating for the customer’s perspective.
Essential Skills
Required:
- A strong passion for troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux/Unix.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, or experience with virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
- A commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Preferred:
- Experience in the cybersecurity field is advantageous but not mandatory; a genuine interest in this area is more important.
- Experience in a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in a programming language.
- A background in computer science is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with project deployments or technical pre-sales is a plus.
