Pabulum Catering is seeking a highly skilled Senior Kitchen Executive to join our team at Paxton Academy Sports and Science. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing a well-established kitchen, dedicated to providing high-quality meals for children.

You will work closely with the school to ensure seamless service delivery, while also overseeing the main aspects of the kitchen, including Health & Safety and Training & Development. Accurate record-keeping and staying up-to-date with unit bookwork are crucial responsibilities.

A key aspect of this role is receiving and managing food deliveries, as well as maintaining storage facilities. With a focus on excellent customer service and delicious food, we strive to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and customers. This contributes to the growth and success of our catering contracts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and customer service, with excellent financial acumen. Full training will be provided in our processes and software systems to support your success in this role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £41,000 - 46,000, based on experience.
