Culinary Director Job Opportunity

Pabulum Catering, a leading caterer to schools in the UK, is seeking an accomplished Culinary Director to oversee our culinary operations at Paxton Academy Sports and Science.

About the Role:

  • Estimated Annual Salary: £28,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (term time only)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative menu plans and meal preparation strategies
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional results
  • Ensure efficient food delivery and storage operations
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, TEAM MEMBERS, AND CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH

Requirements:

  • Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage a large team
  • Strong financial management skills, with training provided on company processes and systems
  • Background in culinary arts with relevant qualifications and experience
