Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the assessment of care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
* Deliver advanced nursing skills within complex patient care pathways.
* Manage the development of care systems, protocols, and guidelines.
* Promote the effective and economical use of available resources and facilitate delivery of a budgetary balance.

Requirements:

* Post-registration qualification/training in area of clinical specialty.
* Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
* ENB Courses applicable to specialism.
* Post-registration experience, including experience of working in a relevant clinical specialty.
* Experience of participating in clinical audit.
* Experience of leading/managing a team of staff.
* Experience in policy development.
* Budget and financial management experience.
