About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving store performance and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in running the store, leading by example and driving a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Assist in maintaining excellent store standards and consistently delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and coach your team to identify and nurture talent, and train them to achieve success.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize store performance and drive compliance in areas such as stock management, health and safety, and people processes.

Requirements
  • Management experience within a fast-paced and high-turnover retail or hospitality environment.
  • Experience managing medium to large-sized teams.
  • A history of working towards and successfully delivering KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
