Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Programme Delivery Director or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced software development or fintech environment
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and time management abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software. We use Jira and Notion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
