Personal Lines Insurance Adviser

At Brown & Brown, we are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Insurance Adviser to join our team in Devizes, Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, ensuring the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and deliver against agreed Renewal Retention or New Business Targets, contributing towards the team's overall targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough pre-renewal reviews with clients annually.
  • Perform full market reviews for clients and offer the most suitable policy and product.
  • Invite all Personal Lines policies in good time, in line with our operational guidance of 21 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date.
  • Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, ensuring all operational priorities and Higos rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance are adhered to.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure they are up to date and not overdue.
  • Identify and discuss cross-sell opportunities with clients.
  • Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits.

Your Experience:

  • Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance covering either Motor and/or Household risks.
  • Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to take responsibility for own performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
