Personal Lines Insurance Advisor

At Brown & Brown Europe, we are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our successful team based in Devizes, Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to clients to ensure the conversion of new business, service of existing accounts, and retention of renewals to achieve company income targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market reviews for clients and offer the most suitable policy and product.
  • Invite Personal Lines policies in a timely manner, adhering to our operational guidance of 21 days prior to the renewal date.
  • Ensure policies are renewed on or before the renewal date.
  • Complete all roles and tasks as required by your line manager, ensuring adherence to operational priorities and Higos rules, procedures, and policies for risk and compliance.
  • Adhere to our Training & Competency scheme and pass audits.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of General Insurance or Financial Services products.
  • Ability to identify the best policy to meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to take responsibility for own performance.
