Outdoor Spaces Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Spaces Coordinator to join our team at Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of upkeep, safety, and environmental responsibility across our extensive outdoor spaces.

Main Responsibilities:
• Team leadership: Oversee daily activities of internal and external grounds teams to ensure quality and schedule standards are met.
• Scheduling and task management: Organise work schedules, track tasks from initiation to completion, and log issues for prompt resolution.
• Task allocation and prioritisation: Assign tasks to maximise productivity and maintain team performance, offering support as needed.
• Project delivery: Identify areas for improvement, lead landscaping upgrade projects, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance campus aesthetics.
• Weather response: Provide out-of-hours support for weather-related duties, including winter gritting and storm damage mitigation, to maintain site safety and continuity.
