Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Event Logistics Manager to join our client's operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the facilities and events team, as well as design event layouts in a large scale venue. You will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale events, including overlay planning, furniture and equipment movement, and setup and de-rigging.

You will work closely with the venue management and event operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Your expertise in CAD software will be invaluable in designing and mapping site plans, preparing event overlays and scaled drawings. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of building regulations and construction for events.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working in large-scale events within a greenfield space. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to think on your feet. Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in event logistics or a related field
* Strong knowledge of CAD software and ability to create detailed site plans and overlays
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
