We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Northampton.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality events, experience in catering and events management, and a strong understanding of hospitality protocols.

About the Role

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the events team in preparing for large-scale events and functions;
  2. Ensuring seamless execution of events, from setup to cleanup;
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to guests and attendees;
  4. Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare and serve meals;
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in catering or events management;
  • Demonstrated expertise in hospitality and customer service;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Possession of a valid Food Hygiene certificate (level 2).
Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary (£27,000 - £31,000 per annum), plus benefits including:
