NexGen Consultancy LTD is seeking a Quality Manager to lead all quality-related functions within the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its continued effectiveness and compliance with industry regulations, including ISO9001, AS9100D, and TS16949.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QMS policies and procedures
  • Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality standards
  • Monitor performance versus internal and external KPIs
  • Develop systems to reduce CoPQ and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QMS development and implementation
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and/or TS16949 systems and procedures
  • Direct knowledge of internal auditing best practice
  • Familiarity with precision inspection metrology and methodology
  • Ability to interpret 2D technical drawings and 3D models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and work in a team environment
