Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist at Claims Consortium Group. This position is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on our business, ensuring that we meet our strategic aims of quality and compliance.

About the Role:
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of claims to ensure that our business meets its quality and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with our senior auditor to identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to our processes.
  • Carry out internal case and dispute reviews, providing independent assurance that our claim risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively.
  • Prepare and present reports on the results and findings of dispute reviews, using a professional, clear, and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal claims reviews to assess and provide independent assurance that our claim risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively.
  • Carry out all aspects of internal case and dispute reviews in line with direction from the Senior Auditor.
  • Maintain open communication with management and auditees.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products and claims function.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and act on the findings.
  • Knowledge of FCA complaints handling regulations.
  • Knowledge of FOS referrals.
  • Ability to discuss claims in depth and provide detailed updates as required.
  • Knowledge of the TCF principles.
  • Knowledge of building construction.
  • CII or CILA qualified (desirable).
