Job Summary
The Senior Technical Services Coordinator is a key member of the Technical Services Team, providing a first point of contact for internal and external customers. This role is responsible for delivering a prompt and consistently excellent service level for all UK and Ireland (UKI) Technical Services customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class response to all Technical Service activities, including device delivery and collection, technical fault reporting, and resource planning.
- Update various databases with service-related information and maintain service contracts.
- Process parts and pricing requests, manage device loan pool information, and administer service-related complaints.
- Respond to and proactively communicate with customers via phone and email.
Additional Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Technical Customer Support Supervisor as needed.
- Take ownership of activities and projects related to the Technical Services Department.
- Provide liaison between the Technical Services Department and other parts of the Baxter organisation.
Requirements
- Education sufficient to work in a fast-paced administration environment.
- Competence in working with Microsoft Office and other general administration packages.
- Experience working in a similar environment is an advantage.
- Desire to provide exceptional service to all customers.
