Baxter is revolutionizing kidney care and other vital organ support. As a Senior Technical Services Coordinator, you will be part of a community of people who are focused, courageous, and driven to improve patients' lives worldwide.

The Technical Services Team provides a prompt and consistently excellent service level for all UK and Ireland (UKI) Technical Services customers. As a Senior Technical Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing world-class responses to technical service activities, including device delivery and collection, technical fault reporting, and maintenance of service contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a world-class response to all Technical Service activities to internal and external customers.
  • Deputise for the Technical Customer Support Supervisor where requested.
  • Take ownership for activities and projects related to the Technical Services Department.
  • Provide liaison between the Technical Services Department and other parts of the wide Baxter organisation.

Requirements

  • Education sufficient to work in a fast-paced administration environment.
  • Competence in working with Microsoft Office and other general administration packages.
  • Experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage.
  • Desire to provide the very best service to all customers.
