Job Summary

The Senior Technical Services Coordinator is a key member of the Technical Services Team, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers in the UK and Ireland. This role is responsible for delivering a prompt and consistently excellent service level, ensuring all administrative tasks are maintained according to required processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class responses to Technical Service activities, including device delivery and collection, technical fault reporting, and resource planning.
  • Update various databases with service-related information, maintain service contracts, and process parts and pricing requests.
  • Manage device loan pool information and administer service-related complaints.
  • Respond to and proactively communicate with customers via phone and email.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Deputize for the Technical Customer Support Supervisor as needed.
  • Take ownership of activities and projects related to the Technical Services Department.
  • Provide liaison between the Technical Services Department and other parts of the Baxter organization.

Requirements

  • Education sufficient to work in a fast-paced administration environment.
  • Competence in working with Microsoft Office and other general administration packages.
  • Experience in a similar environment is an advantage.
  • Desire to provide exceptional service to all customers.
