Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary range of £41,475 - £44,648 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to provide high-quality care to patients in our PICU service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health nursing and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients in the PICU service
- Support colleagues and promote positive teamwork
- Work collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health nursing (we will also consider Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses with experience in an inpatient environment)
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
