Performance Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Interior / HMI Planning Engineer to join our team at a globally successful automotive OEM in Bedfordshire, UK. This contract position requires a strong understanding of interior planning and cost performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather inputs including product planning concepts, vehicle planning requirements, vehicle performance targets, and ergonomic requirements.
- Develop a good understanding of European customer, market, ergonomic, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the evolution of HMI in EVs to provide a seamless customer experience in and out of the car.
- Collaborate with product planning and styling teams to ensure project targets are met.
- Have a solid understanding of CAD layout.
- A full driving license valid for driving in the UK is essential.
- Flexibility to travel is required.
