Job Description:

Sheffield City Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Parking Services team as a Quality Assurance and Performance Specialist.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the modernisation and improvement of our parking services. As a Quality Assurance and Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing data, performance management systems, and supporting department plans for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and thorough data to inform performance management decisions.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support department plans and initiatives to improve service delivery and quality.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
