Senior Director of Investor Relations: Driving Business Growth

As a key member of our executive management team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to communicate our mission, strategic objectives, and progress to the investment community. This includes current and prospective shareholders, research analysts, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Investor Relations Strategy
- Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to drive business growth, increase shareholder value, and enhance our reputation among investors and analysts.
- Collaborate with senior management to plan and execute all investor relations activities, including quarterly earnings calls, non-deal roadshows, and other investor events.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide timely and accurate information to investors and analysts through press releases, presentations, public statements, and other channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and conference calls.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and present data on investor sentiment, stock performance, and market trends to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track investor engagement, sentiment analysis, and other metrics.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, business administration).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- A proven track record of success in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking, with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- An annual salary of $180,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
