English Support Professional

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Support Professional to join our team in Burnley.
About the Role:
This role involves working with students who require extra support in accessing the curriculum and making progress in their learning.
As an English Support Professional, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and deliver bespoke interventions and support strategies tailored to each student's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with emotional and behavioural needs in a mainstream secondary school setting.
- Work closely with the school team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Collaborate with teachers to provide targeted interventions and promote student progress.
- Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and support.
Requirements:
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Experience of working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and resilient attitude.
Salary and Benefits:
