As a Practice Trainer - Education and Development, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our healthcare staff. You will work closely with colleagues to identify learning needs and develop tailored training programs that meet the demands of our dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to inform training initiatives.
  • Deliver ward-based training to multidisciplinary staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective training strategies.

The successful candidate will be a registered healthcare professional with a strong background in teaching and training. They should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, annual leave allowance, and protected hours for health and wellbeing activities.
