Office Administrator Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team at our busy estate agency office in Godalming, Surrey.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
You will also be required to use our estate agency CRM system to manage customer interactions and update records accordingly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an estate agency or a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and estate agency CRM systems
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
