Pricing Product Manager

The Mortgage Product Pricing team at OSB Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their ranks. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting pricing for our mortgage range across all OSB brands, ensuring alignment with business targets and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day advice to senior management on mortgage market trends and competitor analysis.
- Manage product ranges to ensure pricing is set to achieve business targets for balance growth, returns, and risk appetite.
- Play a key role in the launch of new product pricing, from design inception to delivery and sign-off.
- Regularly review market positioning using accessible market intelligence and research to provide summaries to the team and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with other teams to bring products to market effectively.

Requirements- Previous experience in a mortgage pricing role, including larger complex cases.
- IT skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Detailed knowledge of current and new analysis methods.
