About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Transformation Specialist to lead our Clear Aligner Programme, driving incremental clear aligner volume across Portman Dentex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a well-structured Clear Aligner Programme
  • Create high-quality educational content for programme attendees
  • Host educational initiatives, including face-to-face events and online webinars/coaching sessions
  • SUPPORT PROGRAMME ATTENDEES ALONG THEIR CLEAR ALIGNER JOURNEY
  • Build relationships with key suppliers and educational partners as required

The ideal candidate will be a registered GDC Dentist with significant Clear Aligner experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexibly. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
