This exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Group Head of Marketing & Commercialisation to join our client's senior leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's commercial growth and strategic development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company's bricks and mortar and FMCG businesses. This will involve working closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to drive commercial growth and expansion into new markets.

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company's bricks and mortar and FMCG businesses;
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives;
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Identify opportunities for commercial growth and work with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Experience and Skills Required

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or commercial role, preferably within the FMCG industry;
  • Proven experience of leading marketing teams and delivering marketing campaigns;
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
