Senior Manager, Central Finance

We're seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join our team in London.
We're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in finance to join our Finance federation. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial planning processes, driving automation initiatives, and supporting the production of financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning: Develop and implement Group financial planning processes, identifying opportunities for simplification and improvement.
• Automation: Drive ways of working efficiencies, including automation initiatives, to streamline financial processes.
• Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Support the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through business modeling.
• Business Partnering: Present complex financials in an engaging way, business partnering with Opco and Central department leads to support teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation.
• Team Management: Manage, develop, and coach a lean team.
Requirements:
• Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech, and/or other adjacent industries
• Good generalist experience across core finance activities, such as business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A), with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modeling, and project coordination
• Experience in an International or Pan-European environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight delivery targets
