Account Based Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team at Walter Everett. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM) strategies focused on 1-to-few and 1-to-1 campaigns.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing campaigns, including ABM strategies focused on 1-to-few and 1-to-1 campaigns, to generate demand and accelerate deals within strategic accounts supporting sales revenue goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-value accounts for ABM campaigns, analyzing data and working closely with sales teams to understand priorities and create tailored messaging that aligns with account needs and pain points.
- Act as the marketing business partner for specific industries, participating as a team member to drive growth initiatives and marketing activities.
- Create quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and timely execution.
- Manage a flagship campaign focused on the Public Sector, including its continued growth and success.
- Research industry sectors, organizations, and personas to produce targeted materials and messaging, including customized campaigns that support the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with regional teams in Europe and Latin America to ensure effective implementation and execution of global/regional industry campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, industry, and proposition teams to deliver impactful communications to clients and prospects.
- Work with internal and external SMEs and agencies to produce clear, compelling content for campaigns and broader marketing efforts.
- Report campaign outcomes to stakeholders, continuously optimizing marketing tactics to achieve desired results.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination of marketing plans, campaign execution, and results.
- Oversee the follow-up and nurturing of marketing-qualified leads, ensuring they flow effectively to sales and meet marketing contribution targets.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and experience in account-based marketing.
- Strong understanding of business and marketing strategy, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations, and advertising techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the business and with external partners.
- Experience working with regional teams in Europe and Latin America.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
