Nursery Practitioner Role

At Marylebone Services, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in the Toddler Room. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, with at least one year of experience working in Early Years settings. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding, and EYFS principles.
Responsibilities include:
* Working collaboratively with the Room Leader and other team members
* Following nursery policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
* Sharing innovative ideas to enhance the learning environment
* Meeting the needs of children while maintaining their safety at all times
* Conducting observations and planning for key children
* Communicating effectively with children, staff, and parents on a daily basis
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to extensive online courses for personal development and opportunities for career growth within the company.
