Nursery Practitioner Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a private day nursery in Burton. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children, with a focus on promoting independence, communication, and language development.

About the Role
This is a long-term position that could potentially lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. You will be working collaboratively with the team to provide new opportunities for children to learn and grow, while supporting their individual needs. You will also be responsible for providing a positive and caring approach to supporting children's learning and development, as well as being able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities will include working in the baby room, providing a stimulating and engaging environment for children, and being able to work collaboratively with the team. You will also be responsible for promoting independence, communication, and language development in young children, as well as being able to support children's physical and emotional development.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above, previous experience working with young children in an early years setting, and a valid UK driving license and access to a car. Additionally, you will need to be passionate about promoting independence, communication, and language development in young children.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
