About the ProgrammeOur 4-year apprenticeship programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of engineering operations, working closely with our internal teams and external partners. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your technical skills, and gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing sites.
- During the first six months, you will be based at Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, where you will receive comprehensive training and support.
- Upon successful completion of the programme, you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
- You will have access to a competitive salary, annual salary reviews, and a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
